Become Part of The Faerie Realm
Throughout the afternoon you can explore a magical faerie world filled with hands-on creativity, storytelling, and woodland wonder.
The Hudson Valley Faerie Festival unfolds as a shared story throughout the afternoon. We encourage guests to arrive at noon so you can experience the full magical arc of the day.
12:00 PM — Arrival
Stop at the Welcome Tent for registration and get your map of fun. Wings and other faerie adornments may also be available for purchase .
12:00–1:00 PM — Making Magic
Create your own natural wands and faerie crowns under the pavilion and prepare to enter the realm.
1:00 PM — Becoming
Enter the circle together as we awaken our inner faerie and open the magical world.
1:15 PM — Calling in the Court
The Faerie Queen and her Court are called into the gathering, accompanied by music and dance from Vanaver Caravan.
1:30 PM — Tea & Treats
Enjoy a faerie-served tea party with sweet treats and magical color-changing tea.
1:45–3:30 PM — Explore the Realm
Wander the park and discover magical encounters:
• Troll King and friends muddy encounters
• Meet the Bubble and Flower Faeries
• Faerie House Treasure Hunt
• Receive special gifts from the Queen
• Storytelling Circle on the lawns
• Roaming fae musicians and magical moments
3:45 PM — The March of the Faeries
All guests gather for the beloved closing procession through the park.
4:00 PM — Farewells
The faerie world gently closes until we meet again.

Limited Vendor Spots Available
To maintain the magic of our gathering, we are hosting a very limited number of faerie-related vendors this year. We are prioritizing local artisans and community members.
Fees & Requirements:
CIRCLE FEE: $75.00 (Paid directly to Circle once approved).
CITY OF KINGSTON: The City requires a separate application, a $50.00 fee, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the City of Kingston as an additional insured.
