Yes, and we recommend getting them early. We cap attendance so the day stays enjoyable for everyone, which means tickets go quickly once they're released.

Everyone — this Faerie Festival is meant to bring out the childlike wonder in all of us.

As close to the opening as you can. The day unfolds as a shared story, and arriving at the start means you experience the full arc — from the opening welcome through to the March of the Faeries.

Costumes are encouraged but never required.
Many guests arrive as faeries, woodland creatures, elves, or forest wanderers, but you are welcome exactly as you are.
Wings and faerie adornments are usually available to borrow at the welcome table.

Yes. The main pavilion and lawn activities are accessible, and we set aside designated accessible parking close to the entrance.

We provide small cupcakes, cookies, and magical color-changing cold tea for children and hungry adults. Food vendors are on site as well, so you can plan on buying lunch at the festival.

A blanket for your group is a good idea — waterproof if the ground has been wet. Once the Faerie Queen takes her throne, families spread out on the lawn for the afternoon.
Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.

We schedule a rain date each year, announced alongside the festival date. If weather requires the change, we share updates by email and on social media in the days beforehand.

Parking is available at the Forsyth Park Tennis Lot and nearby schools, with overflow parking close by.
Many guests park uptown in Kingston and enjoy the short walk to the park.
We publish a full parking map each spring.
Please respect neighborhood driveways and local access roads.

Yes. Children are welcome to play at the park playground or visit the animals at the Nature Center after the event.
